Change how your body works, not just how it feels for an hour.
Your body has been keeping its own map of every injury, strain, and adaptation. I read that map by hand, then we remodel it together so you can move through life with more ease and less protective reactivity.
WHO THIS IS FOR
The right work for a stubborn problem
Most of the people I do my best work with have tried the usual routes and are still carrying something that hasn't resolved. If you've been managing something that keeps coming back and you want to understand the patterns underneath it and what you can actually change, that's the work I do.
You have a chronic issue that other therapies have not helped with.
You want more capacity from your body, not just temporary relief.
You're looking for someone that can not only help you feel better, but empower you to make yourself feel better.
You're recovering from an injury or surgery or need to prepare for a necessary one.
You're carrying years of tension from a desk, a sport, an old injury or some hard lived life.
You'd rather understand your body and how it works than be handed a quick fix that won't last.
And honestly? If what you're after is an occasional hour of relaxation, that isn't what this work is for. There are wonderful people in Austin who do it beautifully. My work is about changing how your body functions, and that takes a little more from both of us.
THE WORK
What Adaptive Remodeling does
The work I do is called Adaptive Remodeling. Your body keeps a map of every injury and adaptation in its nervous system, and over time it physically reshapes itself to match that map. Connective tissue takes on the form of the patterns you run most. So an old protective habit stops being just tension and becomes structural. That's a feedback loop: the pattern shapes the tissue, and the tissue reinforces the pattern.
I'll map what's actually happening, show you what's genuinely changeable, and be straight about what it will take. Real change is sustainable change, not just feeling better for an afternoon, but functioning better in a way that holds and adapts to changing demands. My work stands on the shoulders of dozens of mentors and tens of thousands of hours of study. And I keep it current, following the research as the science of pain, fascia, and the nervous system evolves. I change my mind when the evidence asks me to.
HOW THE WORK GOES
A path, not a punch card
Lasting change happens as a process, not a single visit. Here's the shape of it. Simple on the surface, with the depth showing up in your body as we go.
1
START HERE - 45 MINUTES
The Hands-On Consultation
Twenty to thirty minutes of this is me mapping out your body by touch, feeling out the patterns underlying your experience, so you get a direct sense of what I can discern and how deep the work goes. The rest is your history and goals. It is a discovery process, not a treatment: we find out what's actually going on before anyone promises anything.
2
FIRST 1-2 MONTHS - 6 SESSIONS, CLOSELY SPACED
Foundation — mapping & proof
After your hands-on consultation, this is the next step. We do 6 sessions closely spaced over about two months. Together we index your patterns of injury, stress and over use. We map out the networks of compensation, the neural reactivity and tissue adaptations that need to change. Most importantly, we produce enough change that you know in your body that better is possible. You leave every session with a personalized movement protocol that we build on week by week for your exact needs, and you get videos of how to do them.
3
NEXT COUPLE OF MONTHS - 4 SESSIONS SPACED OUT
Integration — make it hold
After your foundational care we work on long term integration to make it hold. These 4 sessions spread further out as your body settles into a rhythm of change. This phase sets you up for maintaining a pattern of sustainable change and adaptation to life’s curveballs. Sometimes something shifts during this phase calling for deeper care, and we address it with a cycle.
4
FROM HERE ON
Where it goes next — and I’ll tell you honestly which is yours
Cycle deeper
If your history is complex, the work returns in cycles as we clear one layer and reach the next.
Stabilize
As things settle, visits stretch out to a comfortable maintenance rhythm.
Ongoing care
If you're managing something lifelong, we keep you at your best with a flexible rhythm.
YOUR MOVEMENT LIBRARY
The work is yours to continue
Between sessions, change is reinforced by what you do on your own. Each week I send you a short video, up to three movements, chosen specifically for your body, filmed and delivered to a private page only you can open with your own password. Over time, you build a personal library of practices that keep you moving well and actively working on your remodeling process. Your library grows and updates as you do.
AFTER THE PROGRAM
Ongoing care & maintenance
Once you've been through Foundation and Integration, life doesn't stop, and neither does your body's habit of adapting. Ongoing care protects the change you worked for, catches small drifts before they compound back into old patterns, and keeps refining as your life shifts. For some, it's staying ahead of tension. For others, it's sustaining something longer standing. There are two easy ways to keep it going. I only offer these options once you have completed the initial phases of this work.
When a new layer surfaces — the Re-Mapping Cycle
Bodies change in layers. As we unlock patterns on the surface, deeper ones that were hidden underneath often come into view. And sometimes life adds a new one, a fresh injury, a hard season, a shift in how you're moving or working. When that happens during your ongoing care, a single maintenance session often isn't enough to meet it. This is the focused cycle for those moments. A re-mapping cycle is a short return to the deeper work of foundation care. Three 90‑minute sessions spaced close together to map the new pattern, produce real change, and update the movement homework you carry between visits. Then you settle back into your regular rhythm, a layer lighter. This isn't a setback or a sign the work didn't hold. For complex, long‑standing histories, working in cycles is exactly how lasting change happens. One layer at a time, in the order your body is ready to address them.
THREE 90 - MINUTE SESSIONS - $555 AT YOUR MEMBER RATE
Single Sessions
After either a Hands-On Consultation a New Client Session or completing my programs you can purchase single sessions at my standard price anytime you wish. This is a great option if you find that you do not need regular care and do not want to buy a Care Package to have some available credits on file.
Care Packages
For ongoing maintenance treatment I offer care packages customized to your needs. Typically people need between 4 and 12 sessions spread out over the course of a year to stay ahead of the curve and I offer the same discounted per session price from the Foundation and Integration programs for purchases of 4 or more maintenance sessions.

Most of my work happens inside programs and ongoing care, that’s where lasting change lives. I offer two entry points to working with me. Option one, you can book a Hands-On Consultation and if you chose to continue with a program, the cost of the consult is discounted from the program price. Option two, book a New Client session in which I will roll all the processes of mapping and info gathering into a longer session that includes both manual therapies and corrective movements. Either of these kinds of sessions will get you access to my programs and single session offerings. Many sessions are best at 90 minutes, enough time to produce a real change and settle your nervous system before you leave, while 60 minutes suits lighter or maintenance work. Foundation sessions in particular run 90 minutes so there’s room to map properly and balance you before you leave. HSA/FSA accepted.
A note on honesty
I won’t tell you I’m certain I can help you with something just to make booking feel good, a lot of this field runs on exactly that sales tactic. What I’ll do is map what’s actually happening in your body, show you what’s genuinely changeable, and be straight with you about what might not be. Some things can change a lot, some a little and some require ongoing care for quality of life needs. That honesty isn’t a disclaimer — it’s the work.
You just found me. What’s next for you?
I take on a limited number of clients at a time so each person gets the level of attention this work requires. If the roster is full you are welcome to join the waitlist.
