45 minutes, $95. It comes off the cost of your program if you continue within two weeks. 20 to 30 minutes of it is me mapping your body by hand. So you get a direct sense of what I can find before you commit to anything longer.

Appointments only. I take a limited number of clients at a time so each person gets the attention this work needs, which means the calendar is real and it fills. If nothing on it works for you, say so in a message and we'll sort something out.
